As far as Harper Collins goes: Did you sign up to be a member of First Look? The first day (or so) of each month, they post books that you can sign up to review. They send you e-mails letting you know either way. I snagged another one for next month too! Keep trying. I didn't get more than one the first three or four months that I entered.
