My two 'teaser' sentences are from The Late, Lamented Molly Marx by Sally Koslow. These sentences are from page 23. My spirit settles in beside her, arms around my tiny, motherless child. I try with all my strange might to will her to dream of us together, so she can feel how much I love her.
